Sourcing and screening of IT profiles- Prospecting for new clients and being able to establish a long-term cooperation with them
- Selling our service to both parties, the clients and the candidates
- You will be negotiating and challenging the candidates and the clients in order to close a deal
Profiles
- You have outstanding skills in spoken and written English
- Dutch is your first language
- You have a sense ofurgency, you are sales-driven and strongly motivated
- The world of sales intrigues you and the commissions are a strong motivation for you
