Junior Analyst
Job description
Academica is looking for a Junior Analyst to gather, manage, and analyze education data from multiple varied sources to visualize trends for business insights. To succeed in this role, you should be resourceful and possess strong attention to detail. You should also be an excellent communicator who is able to interpret data and tell its story to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences. Your goal will be to help gather, inspect, and draw meaningful conclusions from our data in order to support informed decision making within the business.
Qualifications

- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Must have a high degree of professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as proficient follow through skills
- Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
Responsibilities
- Gather and integrate data from various sources
- Evaluate and pre-process raw information
- Delve into data to discover discrepancies and patterns
- Build visualizations that capture trends in business data
- Translate business needs and provide solutions to manage and display data accordingly
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to implement and evaluate improvements
