Job Description
Over the last years Danfoss High Pressure Pumps (HPP) has experienced rapid growth because of our unique value propositions offered by our products. To continue our growth, we are now looking for the right candidate to take the position as Sales Manager. One, who can sell to and advise the reverse osmosis industry as well as the ultra-pure water segment in Norway, Denmark, and UK.
HPP offer products such as pumps, valves, energy recovery devices for business domains like, desalination of seawater through the reverse osmosis process, high pressure humidification processes, high pressure cleaning of parts, water injection in gas turbines, and water mist firefighting.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct OEM sales as well as project sales.
- Follow up on payments, contract management, bookings.
- Participation in exhibitions and seminars.
- Product introductions and presentations for customers.
- Support marketing with input to business plans and marketing material.
- The job requires approximately 60 travel days a year.
You will be responsible for the sales of our product with an expectation to further develop our sales through an existing base of OEMs, but especially also through new customers.

- Have 3-5 years of experience from sales likely with a technical background in an international environment.
- Have a good working knowledge from selling to the desalination, water, or similarly technical industries.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong personal drive, who is eager to hunt for new customers.
- Are familiar working with larger accounts.
