Your Main Responsibilities
- Implementing innovative product and business mechanics to grow the business and improve the RO
- Improving influencer's engagement activities with analytical approach
- Assist in developing, briefing and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns in conjunction with the wider shopper growth team
- Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to drive commercial opportunities
- Managing budget, reporting on performance in line with KPIs
- Building agency network for different areas of expertise
- Collaborating with teams across other departments to improve the operating model
- Managing celebrity / influencer collaborations including the strategy, shooting concept, capsule collection projects.
- Building new influencer marketing networks in different countries
- Building and maintaining relationships with Influencers and agency partners, overseeing delivery, content creation
- Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- At least 2-3 years of Marketing experience in either FMCG, start-up, or tech-company , e-commerce experience is plus
- Good command of English is a must, second language is a plus
- You are knowledgeable about current and emerging social media networks including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Youtube, and know how influencer marketing fits within each
- Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating
- Ability to effectively work with remote teams across continents and deliver results
- Experience in reporting tool to measure campaign performance, and results
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
- A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have the high business contribution
- The experience range for this position is suitable for specialist/senior specialist and executive/manager (non-team management) roles.
