The Division
The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division ensures Euroclear’s competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.
The Tribe
The Straight-Through-Processing tribe contributes to the division strategy in delivering and supporting through agile practices cost-effective time-to-market solutions for the domain of STP communication flows (transactional flows, information flows, reporting, CRM).
The Mission
STP is a new Tribe in the GDC Divisions, and as such is still building some of its processes. We are looking for an intern with potential to assist us in the elaboration of processes around Demand, Portfolio and Budget management
The Role
Analyses a set of existing IT processes, products and services, identifies areas for improvement, proposes optimisation solutions and obtain agreement on the actual solution and its implementation.
The role is conceptual in nature and key part of the continuous improvement process.
Typically clarifies how people should work together in (cross) functional processes or complex processes or in handling products. Advises line management about efficient implementation and optimisation of processes or products and the introduction of new processes or products:
- Pro-actively or upon request develops business or technical justification for process improvement and optimisation actions.
- Defines and specifies the improvement or optimisation solution and obtains agreement on the actual solution and its implementation.
- Provides input, follows-up, progresses and/or manages the implementation of improvement and optimisation actions.
- Ensures efficient and correct product, process and service roll-out.
- Documents processes to meet contractual requirements, control objectives and cost savings.
- Identifies best practices and applies these to meet efficiency and cost objectives. Applies measurements to demonstrate that these objectives are me
