In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Film, edit, and post podcasts for Blended Kingdom Families, Let’s Therapy, and Blended Kingdom Teens.
- Manage podcast strategy from planning content to driving organic engagement and growth on YouTube and other podcast platforms.
- Produce global marketing videos for the ministry and specific videos as needed: marriage and family testimonials, Giving Tuesday, North Texas Giving Day, conferences, events, and more.
- Produce video content for social media and WordPress website
- Assist with graphic design as needed
- Staying up to date with the latest video, animation, and social media best practices, technologies, and algorithms
- Monitoring KPIs, SEO, Google analytics, and user engagement for content optimization
- Take ownership of video projects from start to finish
- Organize and allocate work priorities, managing project timelines and key deliverables.
- Occasionally attend external events and networking opportunities as requested

REQUIREMENTS
- Believer of Christ whose lifestyle, morals, and values align with the mission and vision of the BKF ministry
- 4+ years of experience with video creation, video production, or similar experience
- 4+ years of experience with podcast production
- Highly proficient in video filming, editing, and publishing with Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign
- Experience with all social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok etc.
- Keen attention to detail and provides quality control to all podcast video and audio content
- An intuitive thinker with the ability to translate BKF needs into visually compelling stories
- Excellent team player with multitasking, communication, and time-management skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous individual with visionary ideas to help build the brand and ministry
- Must work well alone and in a team environment
- Must have a creative eye
- Must welcome feedback and collaboration on projects
- Possess video portfolio
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Video Creation, Production/ Design, Marketing or related experience required
- 3+ years of experience
- Expert knowledge in videography, photography, lighting, and composition
- Proficient in all Microsoft Products: Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365
- Proficient in DropBox, Asana Project Management System, Hootsuite, Later, Mailchimp, WordPress
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
