Sentics GmbH is a tech start-up developing AI-based camera systems for industrial applications. Areas of implementation for our customers include safety/accident prevention, infrastructure automation, autonomous transport in production and logistics, and human-machine collaboration. Our customers range from SMEs to OEMs from various industrial sectors.
Using AI, Sentics' real-time optical locating system is able to detect critical situations in the operational process in time and take action.
Responsibilities and challenges:
- Use available open-source state-of-the-art AI models for specific applications related to computer vision
- Write auxiliary code to support the AI models for achieving the give objectives
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to bring smart solutions to the table
- Prepare dataset including data recording, refining, labelling and quality checking
- Test the models in real world and bring improvements with fast iterations to the dataset and/or model
What sets you apart:
- Previous experience (academic/industrial) in working with CNNs
- Very good knowledge and understanding of deep learning principles.
- Previous experience in data preparation for CNNs and are aware of associated challenges
- Very good skills in Python and can demonstrate it with previous work for e.g. git profile, online coding websites
- Already published scientific work (paper/conference)
- Quick learner and love challenging tasks
