YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE

As a Marketing Intern, you will team up with our French Marketing Manager in Berlin to create impactful and invaluable content for our Helpling Brand in France.

You will be in charge of the content of our social media accounts, blogs and PR of our two French brands and will be able to bring your own personal touch in those areas.

On a daily basis you will:


  • Bring your own unique ideas on how to improve and manage our French social media, blogs and websites,

  • Provide high quality, engaging texts and visual content for our social media accounts,

  • Drive the audience growth and foster engagement across multiple social existing platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter & Instagram) and launch new ones by scheduling content, writing copy, and monitoring content and channel performance,

  • Be aware of current social media trends and source content that resonates with our target audience,

  • Create, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies,

  • Ensure seamless alignment between marketing and social media campaigns across all platforms, optimizing posts to maximize engagement and search visibility,

  • Create unique SEO content and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis/reporting to improve our proposal continually,

  • Translate our global CRM content and adapt it for the french market, ensuring seamless communication across markets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • You have a native level of French and are advanced in English.

  • You have a deep passion for Digital Marketing.

  • You stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

  • You have a strong understanding of digital media trends, with a good feel for what makes content popular online.

  • You have a natural talent for social media and effortlessly discover and create outstanding content in all the right spots.

  • You can demonstrate your ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.

  • You have attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.

  • You love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company. Being able to work in teams towards a shared goal.

  • As a plus, you are able to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
