Product Specialist m/f/d
Your new responsibilities
- Work together with the global Team to introduce new systems to the market for the assembly of leading edge products such as high power CPUs and High Bandwidth Memory
- Participate in R&D projects in the context of product definition, requirement analyses and inhouse as well as customer trials
- With your comprehensive technical know-how, you will be contributing to product and problem solutions by a structured transfer of knowledge between the product line, the R&D team and the various regional support centers
- Carrying out assessments, benchmarks and demos to ensure that our systems always remain up to date
- Support Sales and Customer Project Manager during pre-sales activities
- Conduct training on existing and future platforms to Service engineers and customers
Our requirements
- Completed studies at a higher educational institute, university or technical college, relevant professional experience in a technical field, ideally in technical support will be of advantage
- High level of commitment and dedication, flexibility
- Customer-oriented mindset and action
- Team spirit and creativity
- Communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good oral and written command of German and English
- Willingness to travel (Asia, USA, EU)
