Straumann Group develop, manufacture, and supply dental implants, instruments, biomaterials, CADCAM prosthetics, digital equipment, software, and clear aligners for applications in replacement, restorative, orthodontic and preventative dentistry.

Job Purpose

To build the training and education infrastructure in Turkey and supporting the delivery of product and sales training.

To ensure that needs of local training and education programs are fulfilled (quality and effectiveness of courses, implementation of planned courses, resource planning, know-how).

To build up the KOLs and speakers pool and develop professional relationship to enhance the added value and value proposition of Straumann.

Your Role

  • Implement Internal Training and Customer Education programs according to Plan
  • Following Straumann curriculum, be responsible for the development and implementation of Internal training and Customer Education programs for implants and prosthetic portfolios, ortho and digital business units in response to new product launches and sales cycles, working closely together with the marketing and sales teams. Planning, implementation, and evaluation for internal training and Customer Education activities.
  • Content development of Internal Training and Sales Support.
  • Further development of equipment and adaptation of presentation material. Adapt sales training and demonstration materials.
  • Contribute to the development of the education curriculum for customer trainings in the country.
  • Technical main contact person for corporate customers / Universities / local trainers in the market.

Your Profile

Education / Professional Experience

  • Familiar with implantology and implant solution.
  • Familiar with implantology society.
  • Familiar with implantology KOLs.
  • Having experience in setting up course system for certain product line.
  • Having experience in organizing seminar, training or similar event.
  • Having more than 5 years implantation experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, dental technician, or any related field is a plus too

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Well-organized and structured person.
  • Comfortable to interact with different customer segments (KOLs, Dental Practitioners, Dental Technicians, Sales people).
  • Strong result orientation and business sense.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with different customer segments through effective. communication and listening skills.
