Content Development Manager/Senior
F visa in Korea only + native Spanish speaker
We are looking for an individual who is efficient and adaptable who wants to step away from a day-to-day teaching role, and looking for a long term role with aspirations of career progression and motivation to learn and grow.
[R&R]
- Create content for various projects .
- Education materal such as curriculum guides/ onboarding materials/ training materials etc.
- Contribute to various projects and help with international expansion.
- Be a member in a diverse team.
- Also, be responsible for hiring, training and managing Spanish teachers (based abroad).

[Requirements & Preferences]
- Requirement: Previous teaching experience (adults)
Content creation experience(education - related)
- Preferences: Background in business admin/ marketing or similar
Any graphic design, UI/UX or video editing experience is a bonus.

Step 1) Phone interview
Step 2) In person interview with team lead with short assignment.
[Working Condition]
- Location: Centerfield, Yeoksam
- Company: Day1 Company
- Hours
- 9 hours a day (with one hour lunch break)
- Flexitime - can start any time between 8-10am and finish 5-7pm (e.g. 8.30-5.30)
- Contract type
- Initial one year contract with insurances / pension / severance.
- Entry Level Pay
- 3,000,000 per month, no housing
- pay negotiable if prior experience in specific role

- 11 days first year, then 15, 15, 16.. etc (as per Korean law) + all red days
