Job Description
Support the development and execution of branding practices to facilitate the interaction of Cemex with all stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the brand strategy and global campaigns, guaranteeing a harmonized application of communication messages and design language.
- Ensure that internal and external campaigns comply with branding guidelines.
- Assist the Global Brands Advisor and the Insights and Brand Equity Advisor in overseeing and coordinating research to measure the perception of our global brands.
- Monitor branding trends and prepare competitive benchmarks.
- Provide general support and analysis to the branding team as needed.
- Follow-up the execution of branding related activities with other internal areas.
- Day-to-day coordination with agencies.
Position Challenges
- Coordination with BUs to balance the need for local, short-term marketing requirements with global long-term reputation protection.
- Identify optimal brand portfolio to achieve Cemex’s business goal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Creative problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented
- Writing and editing skills with the ability to develop clear, concise messages. Highly proficient in oral and written English and Spanish.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects on tight deadlines while delivering high-quality products and services.
- Networking ability to develop strong relationships within the company.
- An evident passion for branding, design, and how these disciplines impact the reputation of organizations.
