Office Administrator [Ireland]


 

Shelbourne Engineering Ltd, was established in 2003 and from our offices in Dublin, we have completed projects throughout Ireland and the UK. We have grown to its current size by maintaining the ethos that all projects are treated with equal attention, regardless of their size or financial value. Our management team have extensive and diverse experience in maintenance, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, residential fit-out industries. The focus being on repeat business through our quality of workmanship and client’s satisfaction.

We are now looking for the Maintenance Coordinator for service and small Works to join our team. The role will be based on-site in our office in Clondalkin.

Responsible for: Managing and coordinating the workload of small team of maintenance engineers (plumbers and electricians)

Reports To: Director

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Dealing with internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.

· Scheduling all maintenance calls (reactive and planned).

· Issuing purchase orders to service engineers.

· Processing supplier invoices for maintenance calls.

· Calculating costs of service calls and raising customer invoices.

· Answering the phones and dealing with existing and new clients.

· Assist other members of the finance team as and when required.

· Carry out any other duties that may be required from time to time.

Skills and Experience:

· A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role but not necessary as full training will be provided.

· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in MS Packages in particular MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills.

· Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.

· Able to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

The Candidate:

· Construction background is desirable but not essential.

· Knowledge of both electrical and mechanical parts desired but not essential.

· Ability to multi-task and work to own initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
