Who are you:
You speak Portuguese, French and English (conversational and written). Knowing another foreign language is a plus not a must;
You like to talk to people (by phone and e-mail), and it is easy for you to talk to people that you just met, and to do new friends;
You enjoy interacting with customers, even difficult ones (challenging ones, we mean challenging ones);
You are patient and like to listen, explain and help;
Experience in sales is a plus but not a must;
You know what the sense of duty means, and you never leave anything in the middle;
You are self-motivated, you quickly overcome failures, learning only the lesson;
What are you going to do:
Answer (by phone or e-mail) to the customers who contact us for renting a car and will help them choose the ideal option;
Offer assistance/advice to the assigned clients in order to complete the booking process;
Provide telephone support for customers during the rental of the car;
Check and approve the rental requests, based on the analysis of the client's information;
Record in the system the rental details and detailed information about the client;
Communicate with colleagues on other departments to provide the necessary information
Improve the relationship with customers, will ensure their loyalty, including on social media channels (Facebook);
You will work constantly to reach the targets;
So we expect you to convince the customer to book the car during the call, allowing him to have the best Rent-a-car service on the market, and for that we need your sales skills to take action!

Salary of 890€ gross + 9,60€ for each day of work in meal ticket + bonuses usually between 200€ and 600€;
Work schedule in shifts: 08:30 - 17: 30/13:00 - 22:00 and we also work on weekends at 2-3 weeks (10:00 - 18:00) with the previous Thursdays and Fridays, free.
