Job Overview
The Supply Chain Finance Sector Capital Analyst is responsible for leading analytical support for senior Supply Chain stakeholders partnering in capital budget allocation decisions for European Sector. The role includes responsibility for co-ordination of capital expenditures forecasting and budgeting securing the delivery of European capex according to plan and in the most effective way.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly activities required for decision support to the Capital Budget Committee (SC SVP and key direct reports) required to enable Capital allocation decisions, project trade-offs and budget management.
  • Coordinate Capital planning and budgeting processes, partnering with senior stakeholders, including Supply Planning, SC Category Strategy and CTS to develop robust plans that support delivery of Europe Sector strategy. Scope includes PSP, AOP and In-Year Capital.
  • Partner with the Capital CoE to ensure delivery of the Europe Capex budget according to plan.
  • Drive the processes improvement agenda for Capital analytics and planning incl. defining and implementing new processes for Capital expenditure management.

Qualifications

  • 4 plus years of professional experience in progressive Finance Planning roles, preferably in FMCG companies (Supply Chain Finance experience would be a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret business performance
  • Strong communication and influencing skills (senior stakeholders)
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines
  • Capability to work efficiently in remote and matrix environment with ability to operate collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups / boundaries
  • Experience in managing reporting processes and reporting systems, experience in change management and reporting processes design
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • University degree (Economics, Finance, Business Degree)
