/ What will you do?
Market Research
- Research new trends and products in the global e-commerce industry in particular and SaaS in general to find fit product ideas
- Conduct interviews and communication with the present and potential stakeholders of the company through face-to-face/ online meetings to analyze insights, support the product development process
- Develop a plan for tracking product testing to come up with appropriate improvement suggestions
Product Strategy Alignment
- Work cross-team effectively, especially with Product Development and Operations teams to brainstorm, build, and implement new products launch process
- Craft a product promotion strategy in the market in the early stages of launching (including marketing, Sales)
Leadership & Management: Lead a small and lean team to expand ShopBase into new user segments & markets

- Attractive NET salary: 25 000 000 - 35 000 000 VND
- Salary according to KPI and monthly performance. Review salary every 6 months

/ Requirements
- Have over 3 years of experience in product research or market development for software products or SaaS
- Fluent in English.
- Good at analytical and problem solving skill
- Interested in SaaS products and willing to learn about ecommerce operations and R&D roles within the company
