As a Level 3 SOC Analyst you will be joining our SOC (Security Operations Centre) team where you will be working with our key clients to provide analysis of any detected events, incidents and vulnerabilities and provide expertise in the technical aspects of information security to leverage insights to respond, detect, contain, and remediate attacks and threats.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical point of escalation and mentorship for L1 & L2
  • Operate, maintain, and enhance security technologies including SIEM, SOAR and EDR
  • Respond to incident escalations and high severity incidents
  • Participate in one or more of several other functions which include: Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, Security Automation and Threat Intelligence.


What we’re looking for

  • Baseline Clearance or ability to obtain relevant security clearances
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Security Analyst within SOC
  • Experienced in security operations environment
  • Experience with SIEM and EDR tooling (SOAR experience would be highly beneficial)
  • Ability to work with autonomy, research what's unknown & find solutions
  • Experience in customer build documents, security procedures and processes in accordance with SOC service delivery framework
  • Experience working with customer SLA's and delivering targets


Note: as this role supports our federal government clients, citizenship is required in order to secure clearances.
